These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the Automatune website and services operated by Automatune, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Automatune helps you turn an infrastructure outcome into a versioned, inspectable plan and related artifacts. MVP outputs are informational and operational aids. You are responsible for reviewing every command, configuration, dependency, and change before applying it.

Safe use

You must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate backups, and have authorization to access and change any server, domain, repository, or account used with the service. Do not use Automatune for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, or actions that could harm systems or people.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a plan will be error-free, compatible with every environment, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular workload. Infrastructure changes can cause downtime, data loss, or security issues; test and verify them in an appropriate environment.

Ownership

Automatune and its software, brand, and content belong to Automatune, LLC. Subject to these terms, you may use generated artifacts for your own authorized projects. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automatune, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
